 General Information

Date & time: October 24, 2026, starting at 4:00 PM.

Location: Queensell booth, SPIEL Essen 2026, Essen, Germany.

Number of prizes: up to 25 units. The final number of prizes awarded depends on the number of participants (see the “Number of Prizes Awarded” section).

How to Enter

To become an entrant, complete all four steps:

1. Follow the official Queensell account on Instagram and/or Facebook (@queensell_boardgames), if you don't already.

2. Post a story or a post with a photo or video from the Queensell booth at SPIEL Essen 2026.

3. Tag the official account @queensell_boardgames and add the hashtag #queensellSPIEL2026.

4. Leave a comment under the official giveaway announcement post on Instagram or Facebook — only on October 24, before 3:00 PM. In your comment, tag a friend or write which prize you'd like to win.

 

Important: comments left before October 24 or after 3:00 PM that same day will not be included in the drawing. Entry is tied specifically to the day of the event — entrants must be able to collect their prize at the booth on October 24.

Entry Number Assignment

Entry numbers are assigned in the order comments are posted: the first comment on October 24 receives entry #1, the second receives #2, and so on.

One-Account Rule

One Instagram/Facebook account counts for one valid entry. If a participant leaves multiple comments, only the first one (by time) counts; any subsequent comments are disregarded.

Number of Prizes Awarded

The final number of prizes awarded is fixed on October 24 at 3:00 PM, one hour before the drawing, based on the total number of confirmed entrants:

• 80 or more entrants — all 25 prizes are awarded.

• 30–79 entrants — 10–12 prizes are awarded.

• Fewer than 30 entrants — 5–7 prizes are awarded; the grand prizes (tables) are not included in the drawing.

The total number of prizes will never exceed 25, regardless of the number of entrants.

How the Drawing Works

Winners are determined live at the Queensell booth using a randomizer (random number generator). Each prize is drawn separately. The drawing proceeds from the lower-value prizes to the highest-value ones — the foosball table and pool table are drawn last, as the grand finale of the event.

Prize Collection

Winners may collect their prize at the Queensell booth at any time before the exhibition closes on the day of the drawing, October 24 — there is no separate same-day deadline for pickup.

Each winner is notified in two ways:

• a live announcement at the booth at the moment of the drawing;

• a reply to the winner's entry comment on Instagram/Facebook confirming the win.

If a prize is not collected by the time the exhibition closes on October 24, it is considered unclaimed and passes to the next entrant on the list. The organizer reserves the right, in individual cases, to decide to release a prize the following day.

Additional Terms

• The organizer reserves the right to disqualify entrants showing signs of bad-faith participation (fake accounts, comment manipulation).

• By entering, participants agree that photos and videos posted for entry may be used by Queensell for promotional purposes, with appropriate credit to the author.
